Holiday apartmens 7

The rooms have what you need and are okay inside, but the place is dirty and there’s no maintenance or service at all. You have to wash the glasses and utensils yourself, too. I wouldn’t go again. Once was enough.

We booked apartment 7, but it looked nothing like the photos. The price seemed high to me to begin with, and 120lv a night is absolutely not worth it for a 4 star hotel in this condition. There may be better options, like Antique Residence 4 stars. There was barely any cleanliness. The paint peeling just inside the entrance was immediately noticeable and made the lack of maintenance obvious. The air conditioner leaked onto the TV, the furniture below it and the wall. Inside, its filters and air-moving fan were extremely dirty. The mosquito net was ripped, and its plastic closing part was broken. A hole in the blinds was beside the large window next to the TV. The living room television seemed not to work during the day and was barely visible at night. I’ll upload pictures showing all of this.

In Room 13, the windows were filthy and the sofa still had hair on it. The drain was clogged again, there were no clothespins, and the rusty bedspread was too small to cover the towels. We ended up putting our lightweight duvet inside the sheet. The spa area and fitness room were beyond criticism, while the jacuzzi was very miserable. The upper pool, supposedly filled with mineral water, was cold.

Right in the center of Hisarya, across from the park, this bright, clean apartment has a parking space and a pizzeria downstairs. It’s furnished beautifully with quality furniture, and the place is quiet and peaceful. I recommend it wholeheartedly. We’ll definitely come back. 😊
