The view over Belogradchik and the rocks is lovely, and breakfast was delicious, with proper Bulgarian food. We also loved the authentic vintage interior. The host is such a kind woman. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we’ll definitely come back! 🙏🏼

The homemade banitsa at breakfast was delicious, and the host was really friendly. Our room was nice and clean too. In my opinion, this is the best guest house in the area.
The hotel is in a great spot just below the fortress, and the owners made us feel welcome. The design is interesting, with a very Middle Eastern feel in the rooms and throughout the place. It’s cozy, though a little worn with age. That didn’t take away from our stay.
Zoia’s homemade banitsa and blackberry jam were both delicious. The rooms were comfortable, and the eclectic decor suited the scenery outside. From here you can walk up to the fortress or observatory, and there are hiking routes nearby.
