The staff were warm and quick to help with what guests needed. The hotel itself was cosy, clean, and well kept, with everything we needed. Its central spot made it easy to explore on foot. Thanks for the hospitality and for representing your town so well.

Breakfast was a real highlight. For 15 lev per person, you pick from a menu the day before and it’s ready at the time you agree on. The portions were generous, the food was excellent, and it’s served from 08:00 till 11:00. I’d recommend adding it. The Diamond Hotel is right in the centre of Kazanlak, with shops, cafes, bars, and most tourist sights within an easy walk. There’s parking outside and an underground car park next door. The reception has a small seating area, and the breakfast room is on the lower ground floor. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony, a bathroom, clean towels, and body wash toiletries. There’s a lift serving all four floors. The staff were friendly and happy to help.

Restaurants and shops are nearby, and the location is perfect. There’s parking too. The room felt very luxurious for the Balkans. I recommend staying here.

I came to see the rose museum, the park, and the Thracian tombs, and this hotel worked perfectly for that. Parking is free, and the staff are super friendly. The hotel and my room were both immaculate.
