We found it easy to enjoy a holiday here in any season. The place works well for families, with indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and a steam bath. Our room was spacious, clean and neat, the food tasted fresh, and the staff were cheerful, helpful and gave great service.

The coffee was decent, and breakfast was standard for Bulgaria, but I don't understand the recommendations. The hotel looks special only in the photos. There’s construction right in front, with noise starting at 8am and waking you up. The pool and jacuzzi water was cold and dirty, and the display said it should have been changed 8 days earlier. The power also went out once a day.

There were dead bugs visible in the pool, and nobody cleaned our room during the three days we stayed. The hotel is pleasant and small, but its only Covid precaution was hand gel at reception.

The rooms are really large, and the staff are welcoming. It’s a fabulous spot with nice services, good pools and a spa.
