We're already looking forward to coming back next year. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy time with your family. The hotel has activities for all ages, an excellent restaurant and a very nice bar, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. Every member of staff was helpful, from reception and the restaurant team to the room cleaners. Everyone was positive and professional, and their care made our stay a pleasure. The location is great too.

Vesko (James Bond) was my favourite waiter, such a funny guy! He took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. ✨

The spa was one of the best parts of our stay at Kameliya Hotel in Pamporovo. The pool indoors was clean and pleasantly warm, and the sauna and relaxation areas were just right for unwinding after skiing, especially for families. The room was spacious, spotless, and well heated after a day on the slopes, with comfortable beds and a lovely mountain view in the morning. Housekeeping kept it in great shape throughout. We had a smooth, efficient check-in, and from arrival the staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help with requests. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and varied enough for both adults and children. The restaurant felt cozy, and service was attentive without getting in the way. The hotel is near enough to the slopes to be convenient, while still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We had an excellent stay and would gladly return. Kameliya Hotel offers a great balance of comfort, service, and location. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone after a relaxing mountain break in Pamporovo!

Walking to the ski school was easy from this spot. Inside, the rooms had loads of space, and the sofa was especially comfortable. The service was top tier too: friendly people throughout, fast drinks at the lobby bar, and restaurant staff who were 10 out of 10. The people checking us in and out of the restaurant were nice as well.
