We won't stay here again. The price was reasonable, but we expected a much cleaner, more hygienic place. The toilet and bathtub were unpleasant and seemed unclean, and dust covered the top bunk sheets. There was also a lot of dust behind furniture and in other spots that seemed not to have been cleaned in a while. The WiFi was another problem: it only worked in the bathroom. We could barely get a signal anywhere else in the room, even in bed.

For what you pay, the value isn't great. Breakfast was included, but it was below average: overcooked eggs, fake espresso, and powdered orange juice. It took us around 25 minutes to get the shower going and set the temperature. The water went from scorching to freezing, then lost pressure altogether. Very strange. The staff weren't especially friendly either. At check-in, she gave me a disapproving look and spoke in a very snooty tone.

The people were lovely, and they even offered us coffee before we left. The hotel was clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. Underground garage parking was a bonus for us since we had a motorcycle.

The bedroom was beautiful, but the noise at night and especially in the morning was unbelievable. The check-in was a huge disrespectful mess. We had a reservation, and the receptionist asked us to wait five minutes. Ten minutes passed while she just looked outside doing nothing. Then a group of 30 young kids arrived, and she checked them all in while leaving us waiting. Only after we'd waited 45 minutes and the group had finished did she call us over. This is no way to welcome or treat guests.
