The housekeeping team deserves a lot of credit, and the reception staff were very professional. The hotel itself was modern, clean, well organized and close to the ski slopes. Our room was spotless and stayed lovely and warm despite the freezing weather, so we didn't worry about the kids getting cold. Food was varied, with something for everyone, and the gluten-free bread at every meal was a big plus. After skiing, the afternoon snack from 4 to 5 p.m., with warm drinks and cookies, was a perfect way to recharge. The indoor pool was a pleasant 29°C, and the kids loved the large playroom. Wi-Fi was reliable and private parking was convenient. One small drawback was the open shower, which left the bathroom floor quite wet if someone came in soon afterwards. We recommend the hotel.

The room had everything I needed, from good cosmetics and a Nespresso machine to bathrobes. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the reception staff were excellent and ready to help with whatever we needed. I went to the good spa twice during my short stay. The indoor pool is a little small, though the water was pleasantly warmer than I'd expected. The lobby bar and restaurant were good, but one of the restaurant servers wasn't exactly professional. It's a small, cozy hotel, and I'd love to come back.

Iglika Hotel & Villas has a warm, romantic mountain style and feels just the right size for a family holiday. The rooms are new, clean and warm, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, with lots of options, and everything in central Borovets is within walking distance. The staff were hospitable and friendly. Nikolay, the bellboy, deserves special mention for his dedication and attention to guests' needs. The hotel should be proud to have him, and reward him.

We picked this hotel for a comfortable, relatively quiet stay, and this is our second time in Borovets. It's very close to the slopes, and both breakfast and dinner were very good. The downside is that dinner drinks cost extra, and they won't let you bring your own, not even water.

The room was spacious, and it was only a short walk to the slopes, so the spot felt pleasantly quiet. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the food was nice. Only issue was water collecting on the bathroom floor behind the toilet after a shower.
