We could have put up with the missing supplies and other problems, but the owner's mother sent us away with, “If you don't like it, don't come.” Her attitude was especially upsetting. The heating was off and the air conditioning was running while it was -5 outside, so we were freezing. We were refused the AC remote. There weren’t enough towels for the bathroom and kitchen, or any garbage bags or toilet paper. There was a washing machine and dishwasher but no supplies for either. The wardrobe was unusable because it was full of spare mattresses. We were absolutely dissatisfied.

I wasn’t happy with the apartment owner. It felt as if she was watching us all the time. The listing was misleading too. We’d paid for an apartment with a bedroom, but the bedroom was locked, so we were staying in a suite instead.

A really nice, beautiful place. The entrance is through a slightly old building, but inside the apartment is spacious and pleasant. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and fireplace. Bring shampoo. I recommend it.

Right in central Samokov, this apartment is tidy, fits up to four, and was a good price.

The owner was warm and helpful, and the apartment felt cozy for a family or a group of four.
