George was a fantastic host, always helpful and making sure we had what we needed. The White Horse Apartments were clean, spacious, and fresh, with a comfortable feel after a day on the mountain. Being so close to the slopes made skiing easy, and the hot tub was great for relaxing. We also enjoyed the pool table in the evenings. Fresh bottled water arrived each day, and having coffee pods ready made mornings easier. I’d highly recommend staying here near the slopes.

We booked every room and the spa area for a week over Christmas and New Year. George has added a brilliant hangout space by the spa, with a huge TV, sofa, dining bench, and pool table. The rooms are modern and amazing, the best we’ve seen after years of coming here. It’s close to the slopes and the 6man. George was a great, helpful host, and his mum made us lovely home-cooked food when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back, highly recommend it.

The lower-ground-floor space was a real bonus. After skiing, the jacuzzi and sauna were great, and the lounge with its pool table was just right for end-of-night drinks while the kids watched a film. The whole apartment was spotless, with all the little things thought of. George was attentive from the moment we booked, helping us out and sharing tips, and his mum checked in every couple of days. They did everything they could to make our week enjoyable. We’ve stayed in Borovets on and off for over 15 years, and this is by far our favorite place. We’ll certainly book again.

The facilities are brilliant, and the place is right beside the main ski lifts. The staff are very friendly and open to hearing what could be improved. I’d definitely stay again.

Everything was very clean and tidy, and the service was polite and friendly. It’s ideally located for slope views and close to places open at night. I’d definitely come back!
