Hotel Rositsa

The owners were incredibly helpful and understanding, which made us feel welcome. The hotel is right in the center of Sevlievo, with a lovely terrace and a very good restaurant. Thanks for everything! 🙏

Our triple room had plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner warmed the room quickly, too. It was clean and pleasant, and the hotel has a wonderful restaurant. The hosts were lovely and treated their guests personally. We'd stay here again.

I was really pleased with the restaurant service, the food, and how clean the hotel was. Everything was neat and tidy, with all we needed for our stay. We were there recently with my husband and child.

The food quality was awful and fell below any reasonable standard. We came with a group while nearby, hoping to get the lunch menu, and left deeply disappointed. The place felt like a hidden chamber. The “triplet soup” was water, tallow, and something else. The stuffed peppers were heavily frozen, with stale, tasteless rice that seemed ancient, plus a hot imitation of sauce reheated in a microwave. It was lumpy flour mixed with something that had gone through milk, apparently past its expiration date. Service was absurd, and the food felt insulting to us as customers. This rating is for the restaurant.
