We had a lovely stay. The host showed real southern hospitality and even left homemade wine and brandy in the fridge. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Its central spot is hard to beat: on a quiet street right beside Sofia's main pedestrian boulevard, with all kinds of restaurants and cafes nearby for eating, drinks, and soaking up the atmosphere. Local grocery stores are just next door too.

The location was excellent, the space was cute, and the host was friendly. But there was no hot water when we went to shower. The host apologized, though that didn't help us get clean. I wish Airbnb hosts would offer a partial refund when a major issue inconveniences guests. It's basic customer service and would go a long way toward building goodwill with people who might return.

Silvia was waiting outside to welcome us, and the apartment is just a two-minute walk from Vitosha Blv. The kitchen had everything, the shower is new, and it took only 15 minutes to get to the airport at night. Silvia paid the parking meter through WhatsApp and trusted us to leave the money on the table. Thank you, Silvia.

The owner keeps the apartment clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. It's right in the center beside the main pedestrian street, and I would absolutely recommend staying here.
