The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room was small, but it looked new and was very clean. The hotel is a small boutique place about a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre, and breakfast was included, with a few choices. The lobby bar is a bit of a joke, just two stools and a few bottles on shelves, with nothing chilled.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, right between the centre and the malls. I've stayed here twice, though both times the room was very cold. On my first stay, the heating was broken. This time it seemed to be working, but still blew cold air, which isn't great in Sofia at this time of year. Breakfast was OK in terms of quantity, but I wasn't sure about the cleanliness after seeing hairs on the cheese and olives, among other things. There were no slippers in the room either. It's a good one among the international Best Western hotels, but the cold rooms are a problem.

The rooms are a good size, well equipped, and have comfortable beds. The location is handy too, around a 10-15 minute walk from Vitosha Main Street. Parking is limited to 10 or 11 spaces, but at least one has an electrical outlet. Bring your own charger cable. Good value for the price.

The location is very central, with the metro just two stops away, and the rooms are spacious. The staff were helpful. The other guests were pretty noisy, though.

Our room was really nice, with a balcony, and very clean. The breakfast selection felt about right for the hotel's star rating. The subway is only five minutes away, then it's two stops to the very centre of the city, about 15 minutes at most.
