I was only in Sofia briefly, so the comfy, quite small unit worked well for me. It was in a lovely, safe and quiet area, and our room was nice and very clean. The staff were so pleasant and attentive 🙂. The kitchen had pots, pans, utensils and other basics, plus a cute little washer 🙂. My one gripe was that there were no cleaning tools like a broom or mop. You have to request the free room cleaning service downstairs. I loved my stay here, and wouldn't hesitate to consider it.

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well equipped. Breakfast could use more options, though. The croissants were the one highlight, absolutely out of this world.

The manager and her staff are a real asset: helpful, friendly, polite and supportive. There's also a concierge every day from early morning until late at night. We've returned to Connect Living many times and will keep staying there whenever we're in Sofia. The location is fantastic, with everything you might need right on the doorstep. The ApartHotel’s rooms are spotless and quiet, with great WiFi and TV services, and they're very well equipped. We'd fully recommend it to anyone coming to Sofia, for any length of stay.

The tram line is right outside this very clean hotel. Breakfast is great, and the room comes with a water heater, tea and coffee at no extra cost.

A lovely big room, kept very clean, and reception staff who were helpful and really polite. It had everything needed for a stay away from home, even a washing machine. Thank you!
