It’s a quiet, cozy spot near the town centre, with supermarkets nearby and Saint Alexander Cathedral about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was clean, and the receptionist was kind and helped us find things to visit. Parking costs 20 leva per day, payable by card. Would recommend overall.

After booking and paying ahead through Booking.com, I arrived to find that the owner had given my room to someone else and hadn’t updated the listing. She said there were no rooms available. When I complained, she yelled and made abusive, offensive remarks about my nationality and age. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. She eventually refunded me in cash and drove me to another hotel, but that doesn’t make up for how unprofessionally and abusively I was treated. The replacement hotel cost me around 20% more, too. The owner also complained that running the business stressed her out and that guests caused her stress. If that’s how she feels, why run a hotel? This was easily one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve had.

Such a charming place to stay in Sofia, and the lady who runs it is wonderful. She made everything easy, and my friend and I will remember our stay very fondly. This is where I’d stay on a visit to Sofia 😁😁

Our hostess was warm and helpful, and the hotel was clean with a spacious room. Breakfast was decent, too. It’s peaceful and quiet around there, a lovely spot for a few nights. I recommend it!

Plamena and Ani were so friendly and accommodating, and I even saw them rescue some birds and a baby hedgehog they’d found. The B&B is lovely, with clean, beautiful rooms right in the centre. Towels, shower gel, WiFi and AC are all provided. Breakfast was tasty and generous, more than I could finish ;-) Thanks, Plamena and Ani😊
