The entrance is gloomy and smells awful, and the mattresses are old and unfit to sleep on. There’s no kettle or breakfast, and heating costs extra. The shower is over the toilet, which is shared with other guests. Trams pass under the windows constantly and make a huge racket. Avoid this place.

The mattresses were rotten and missing springs. The place is outdated, dirty, and smelly, and the hotel entrance and facade are in terrible shape. We had to search around in the dark to find reception on the third floor. Avoid.

What fraudsters. They arrange repairs, then hide like mice and block their phones. I hope everything falls apart for them!
