I came to Sofia for a conference and was glad I picked this place. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the hotel was clean and very close to the Medical Complex and Medical Faculty. It isn't a luxury hotel, but for the price it's a solid choice.

The location is great and the price is low, but the cleaning was unacceptable. There were hairs left on the floor from previous guests, the pillows were dirty, and the mattress was stained, with sheets too small to cover it. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, though, and our room had a TV and refrigerator. There was free parking, and the area felt safe.

A practical, affordable place if you're visiting someone in one of the nearby hospitals. The hotel is clean and looks nice, and there's a restaurant on site. You can walk to the city centre, too. Parking is along the public street and easy to find, though it costs 1.2 leva from 8:30 to 20:00. Payment is by SMS to 1303.

We had to stay here for a week because someone else had booked it, and I wouldn't choose it myself. The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and airing ours out took ages. Some of the poorly maintained bathrooms had no shower curtain, and fleas bit me at night. The café food was tasteless. I don't recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was awful, and the room was cold with narrow, terrible beds and dreadful bedding. The blankets looked like something you wouldn't even put on a horse. I couldn't wait to leave the next morning.
