A super apartment 👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed here for a few weeks, and it really felt like home. The living and dining spaces are roomy enough to have guests over, and the kitchen has what you need. The apartment is well equipped and centrally placed for families, with transit, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment nearby. The owners were very kind and available whenever we had a request, which we really appreciated. There’s round-the-clock security by the entrance because of the nearby Turkish embassy/consulate, though we never needed it. The neighbors were lovely and quiet, and just ask you to be the same. A few things kept this from five stars: it’s on the fourth floor with no elevator, though we managed; the bed and mattress in the second bedroom were in really bad shape and need replacing; and sometimes unpleasant smells came up from the shower drain. Blocking it with a towel when it wasn’t being used was an easy fix. When we’re back in Sofia, we’ll look for this apartment again.

Our hosts were friendly and attentive, and the apartment was well equipped. It’s in a great location.
