My family and I had a great time here. The pool and food were especially good, the rooms were very clean and smelled lovely, and the service was really good too. For me, this is the best hotel in sunny beach, and I'll come back whenever I visit Bulgaria.

We had a really good time in the games room and around the pool. There were always sun loungers free, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food had a fantastic range and was good quality, though some of the hot dishes could be a little cold. We still ate our fill and appreciated the selection. Our family of five had two clean rooms that looked recently r nnovate, which I think was only a couple of years ago. There are no safes in the rooms, which I would honestly have preferred, but I understand they have safes at reception. We didn't spot the hotel's beach sun loungers at first because they're not directly in line with the hotel. I'd recommend the place.

The animation team were the best by far ❤️❤️❤️. We go abroad as a family every year, to a different country and location each time, and Emy, Viki, Malina, Emo and Mitko went above and beyond to keep everyone happy with plenty of games and fun. We shed tears saying goodbye 🥲❤️❤️. The bar staff, Evgenii, Ivan, chocho and Simion, were accommodating, cheerful, and quick. 10/10 recommend! We had an amazing family stay, with a clean hotel, excellent location, and a great range of food. There was show cooking, themed food nights, and a kids' food area for fussy children. As a mum with a fussy daughter, I was relieved to find that. Disability access is limited, but it didn't affect our family.

As a solo traveler, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is set up well for families too, with a kids club and entertainment. The bars shut at 11, but there's plenty of nightlife on the strip a few hundred metres away. The pool area got busy, so it's best to put your towel down early. There are two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. I let my travel agent pick the hotel and destination, so I didn't know what to expect. My flight was delayed and I arrived just after midnight, when all the facilities were closed. Still, the hotel had left a bag with a sandwich, apple, and water for me. It's only a few minutes' walk from the beach. The hotel was spotless and the refurbished rooms were very good. There are two main restaurants and a small terrace food bar, and I couldn't fault the food. There was loads of choice and variety each day. Staff were polite and courteous, and management were on hand if needed.
