I own an apartment in Vip Park, and the location is very good. Communication with the administration could be better, though. They don't share information about changes, extra fees, or repairs, and it's hard to get anywhere with repairs or resident facilities.

The building is beautiful, with a lovely recreation area and a wonderful pool. Everything is well maintained, and the mountain view is beautiful too!

I've owned property here since 2015 and am generally satisfied, even though there are a few nuances.
