Yassen Holiday Village

The website pictures are misleading, and this place falls well below the standard they advertise. The rooms were only okay, but the mattresses were dirty, the bathrooms flooded whenever we showered, and the kitchen appliances were dirty or unsanitary. The kettle was so moldy it belonged in the garbage. The advertised gym wasn't functional. Every piece of equipment was dirty or rusty, and the upholstery was ripped or cracked. I don't recommend staying here. I honestly don't think the owners or management know what hospitality standards mean.

The enclosed layout gives you a peaceful spot by the pool, away from Sunny Beach's chaos. It's one of the better resorts for a quiet break right in the heart of Sunny Beach, and feels very family friendly.

On arrival there was nobody at reception. When someone eventually showed up, they said we had no reservation at the hotel. We contacted the agency and got a suite that was okay, except its extra bed was broken. It's now our eighth day and nobody has come to change the towels. I'm completely disappointed. The staff are very unkind. Avoid this hotel!

There was no stay at all. We booked through Booking, but when we arrived, we were told the offer was fake, the property didn't exist, and Booking had banned the so-called owner's profile. My card had still been charged. Booking contacted me three days later to say they were checking, even though the site says 24 hours. They still haven't helped me get my money back. People, beware of scams on Booking.com!
