The pool and the hotel’s location were the only good things. The rooms were very neglected, smelled terrible of damp and mold, had bedbugs in the mattresses, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The presentation photos have stayed the same for 8 years. I was there in 2018, and the conditions were much better then. The restaurant was very poor, serving the same food every day. I found something strange in my food and reported it to the staff. They called the manager and said it happens again. The manager was very rude, though the staff were also very friendly. I waited for the bill. I don’t recommend this place.

The location and bar staff were OK, but the food was cold if you didn’t arrive right when meals started. There was no children’s food corner, which upset the little ones. The restaurant was below zero level, and the staff behaved childishly. They left the dinner plates uncleared until the next morning. If possible, avoid this hotel.

I stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it was better than I expected. The location was convenient, and the room was spotless, clean and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Even with such a short stay, I had time to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning.

Only the location and bar staff were OK. The food was cold unless you arrived right at the start of the meal, and there was no food corner for children, which upset the little ones. The restaurant was below zero level. The staff acted childishly and left the dinner plates uncleared until the next morning. If you can, avoid this hotel.

The beach view was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean, and most amenities were available. Their Steakhouse was very tasty. But room service was absolutely rubbish. They didn’t clean or make the beds, even after I mentioned it to the staff and reception. All they did was empty the bins, with no other cleaning at all.
