Maggie upgraded my room and made sure I had everything I needed while I worked from the room for half of each day. She took care of the little details that made a real difference and helped me feel comfortable. She's kind, caring, and incredibly attentive, one of the warmest hosts I've met. The hotel is small and cozy, with a genuine home-like feeling. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is healthy and delicious, and the interior is beautifully decorated. You can tell the details have been thoughtfully considered. It was my first visit to Varna, and I chose the hotel based on the reviews. I'm so glad I did. The location is perfect, in the old town close to the sea and within walking distance of the historic center. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Varna.

Alla and Maggie were so caring and made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay. They helped us feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel was lovely, very clean, and had a home-like atmosphere, and the delicious breakfast was included. We're very happy we chose it in Varna and would love to come back!

Maggie, the property owner, and her team made the service feel personal and high quality, and helped with anything we needed. We stayed six fantastic nights in a safe, warm, welcoming, and comfortable place. The room was large, thoughtfully designed, and full of little details. Everything important was there and well maintained, and breakfast was very good. It felt like home every day. Loved it all.

Maggie was incredibly warm and welcoming, and looked after every little detail. She made us feel at home, almost like we were staying with family. The hotel was lovely, very clean, beautifully maintained, and cozy, with a real home-like atmosphere. We had rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There's no elevator, so guests with knee problems or mobility issues might prefer a lower floor. It wasn't a big deal for us. If you're arriving by car, parking can be a bit challenging during peak season, though a little patience makes it manageable. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Varna's city center and the seaside promenade, with great restaurants and cozy cafés nearby. A wonderful boutique place, highly recommended! 🌿

Maggie welcomed me at check-in and was kind, polite, and incredibly sweet throughout my stay. Her warm manner really made me feel at home. The hotel is modern and cozy, with spotless, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. City Boutique Inn is in the heart of Varna, just a short walk from the sea. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
