The food was simple but tasty, and I appreciated the cook, though the desserts seemed almost artificial. What really spoiled the stay was the water rule: we were allowed only a glass in the restaurant and couldn't take a bottle to our room. We were told to buy water at the supermarket. Internet was very slow and barely worked. We came with two families and left pretty disappointed. It wasn't because we'd arrived with high expectations; we'd simply had a much better impression of vacationing in Bulgaria before. This was our worst experience so far.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and there's plenty of parking. I liked the stay, though getting back to the hotel after going to the sea or restaurants was tiring. The pool is pleasant but small. Food options are limited and the quality is average. Better food, more choice, and a spot closer to the sea would have made this five stars for me.

The climb back from the beach is the main drawback, about a 6-10 minute walk uphill at a normal pace, though it's manageable. Otherwise, this is a lovely place to relax in the resort, with friendly, polite staff and good value for money. It's recently renovated and sits in a quiet forest, one of the calmest spots in Golden Sands. The restaurant serves delicious food on a scenic terrace, and there's a pool with a bar beside it.

The hotel has parking, and the rooms are nice. The pool is clean and has a lifeguard. There's plenty of food, but I think a better chef could improve it, and some restaurant employees seem grumpy. There's no beach or beach agreement for guests. My room's Wi-Fi signal was weak and kept dropping. With better food and a beach contract, I'd give it five stars; as it is, four is the most I can give.
