The landlords are really friendly, and the place has everything you’d want. The only possible snag is the lack of English if you don’t speak Bulgarian.

If you enjoy being surrounded by greenery, this is the place. The lady was kind and helpful, but doesn’t speak English, so have a translator app ready.

There was no parking for hotel guests, and the beach was far enough that we had to take a bus. The terrace had no lighting, and there was nowhere to spread out towels to dry. We were told the rooms had a sea view, but ours looked onto a courtyard with ruins. No one cleaned our rooms or took out the trash for five days, and the owner’s son made noise in the middle of the night. The owner and manager were arrogant with us; the manager was also too nosy, eavesdropping and asking personal questions. I’ll never go back.

The attitude was quite unfriendly, and the interior didn’t seem well thought out.
