Real Hotel

The main street location meant noise all night, and the bathroom had no window or proper ventilation. There was a dusty, stale smell throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, and the furniture was very old. Parking is tucked behind the building on a narrow street that doesn’t look like you can drive down, though apparently you can. There aren’t enough spaces, and in the morning we struggled to get our cars out because other vehicles blocked the exit and there was little room to maneuver. I wasn’t expecting much from a three-star hotel, but I was still disappointed.

Parking at the hotel is a bit difficult because the street is narrow and the spaces are small.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely styled, and the hotel is in a great spot in town. My husband and I were really happy with our stay at Real hotel in Veliko Turnovo. The staff were especially warm and welcoming. Having a parking spot was a real luxury in Veliko Turnovo.

Hotel Real worked out well for our two-day visit during the city festival. We picked it for its location, reasonable price, and roomy accommodation. Finding a comfortable bed and enough shower space can be hard for us since my husband is 205 cm tall, though neither I nor our 5-years old child take up much room. We had what we needed and could relax between our walks. Our family loves Veliko Tarnovo.
