The best place.

There's plenty of space, it's furnished with what you need, and it's close to the center. I did notice some dust and cobwebs in spots. The person who greeted us wasn't the owner, but they were good at welcoming guests with a smile.

The owners were kind without hovering, and the beds were really comfortable. Our studio had modern, new furniture and the dishes and cooking utensils we needed. It was quiet at night, with the mineral beach, market, and city center nearby. My wife and I have stayed in Velingrad and in highly rated hotels, but nowhere has felt as good. Probably the best spot in Velingrad for a peaceful holiday.

It's nice that there's private parking, and the apartment is roomy with everything you need. But it felt a bit neglected: cobwebs in a few places, a dirty, worn sofa cover, and used soap and a cleaning sponge left by previous guests. The bedroom radiator is right beside the bed, making it hard to get the temperature comfortable. Air conditioning would work better. You pick up the key from the carpet shop downstairs on the first floor.
