Breakfast and dinner were included, with a nice variety of dishes, and the price-quality ratio was good. The hotel is conveniently located in central Velingrad. The main annoyance was the noise: doors between floors slam loudly, which can be disturbing if your room is nearby. Some guests also came back late at night making quite a lot of noise, not ideal in a spa hotel meant for relaxing. My pillow wasn’t comfortable either. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

There’s a DJ in the restaurant in the evenings, and the food is good. The hotel feels old-fashioned, but the spa is clean.

The mineral pools were a pleasant temperature and the whole spa area was clean. We also found the staff welcoming and helpful, including the parking attendant, who brought our luggage to the hotel. Breakfast and dinner had a good range of choices. I stayed two weeks ago and would definitely recommend the hotel.

I really enjoyed my three nights here and had a relaxing facial and massage with Mariana in the Spa. The food was excellent, and so were the people working there. The hotel could use some maintenance, especially in the showers, but I had a very nice stay.

The indoor and outdoor pools were a real highlight, and the maids were professional and nice. The location is right in the center, close to tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. The buffet meals were disappointing, though, with most of the food stale. Spa staff also came across as impolite and as if they didn't want to be there.
