The staff made my stay especially pleasant. They were kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile, and the hotel had a calm feel to it. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Hotel Hemus is easy to find and conveniently placed in Vratsa. I was very happy with my visit and would stay there again. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to town.

Right in the town center, and the staff are so friendly and nice. The restaurant is worth a visit too.

For a town with few places to stay, this hotel has a great location. The rooms are bright and clean, and there's a well-kept pool for a small extra fee. If you want peace and quiet, avoid rooms facing the square on Friday or Saturday nights, since the nearby bars stay lively late.

The owner and his wife were extremely kind and helpful, and the staff were very diligent. The rooms were clean, the restaurant neat, and the food good. Service was quick too. Hemus is right in the middle of the city, so I'd highly recommend it. Five out of five.

February 2026: It's central, so you can walk to everything. Clean and nice, with a reasonable price. I recommend it.
