Nooh Tower

I was happy to stay here. It’s a good place where things are halal, though the price felt a little high.

I stayed at Nooh Towers for about four months and had a good experience overall. My one-bedroom apartment cost around 360 BHD per month. It was clean and well maintained, and the building felt safe and comfortable. It didn’t feel like a typical hotel in Juffair. WiFi was excellent without interruptions, and the front desk usually responded and tried to help with requests. Weekly cleaning was generally good, though the bathroom wasn’t always cleaned hygienically, so I often redid it myself. The place is family-friendly and safe for women, which matters a lot. A few things kept this from being a five-star stay. The freezer once iced over completely and couldn’t be used until maintenance repaired it. The electric stoves only worked now and then, which was frustrating even though I don’t cook much. Smoke sometimes came through the AC vents, probably from someone smoking in another apartment. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but the building didn’t address it. One front desk employee was occasionally rude and should speak to customers more politely. Management ought to pay attention to that. Paying by card was another hassle. When I didn’t pay cash, I had to cover the extra percentage the bank charged the hotel. That happened during my stay, and passing those costs to guests felt very annoying and unprofessional. Because of these issues, I’m giving it four stars. Still, I’d highly recommend Nooh Towers to anyone looking for a safe, clean, family-friendly stay in Bahrain at a good price.

The beds were a little soft, but we managed to sleep on them. The rooms were clean, and the place was quite well served.

What bothered me most was the way the front desk employee spoke to me. Their tone was condescending and unprofessional, with no respect or courtesy. I understand that hotels have policies, but that doesn’t excuse such poor customer service. Hospitality shouldn’t come with arrogance. When I arrived, I was refused access to my room because I needed just ten minutes to transfer the deposit. It was an extremely disappointing experience, and I’ll never stay here again. If you expect even basic decency, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
