Atiram Premier Hotel

Make sure you check the room before going in. Mine had a strong smell of smoke, though that might not bother you if you smoke. Also, it was very noisy, with what I think was dancing going on all night. If you’re tired, ask for a room away from the noise, or it’ll feel like it’s pounding in your head. Be sure to request a non-smoking room.

This is my second time dealing with Bhola, and he was rude again. If I’d remembered his attitude earlier, I wouldn’t have booked here. Staff need to understand that customer service matters, and customers are the ones paying their salaries. The policy clearly says I have to pay an extra fee if I check out after 1400, but he insisted that it wasn’t possible. The staff are not cooperative.

Vishnu and Farhan were especially cooperative and supportive. The staff are excellent, and I hope they keep making good progress at premier hotel. I recommend them.

The security guard was very rude and insulted me. Staff were rude too, and the room wasn’t as described. They refused to compensate me. Guests in the other rooms kept making noise that made me sick. There was no respect or dignity.
