The people here made the stay stand out: everyone I dealt with was professional, quick to respond, and welcoming, from check-in through the day. I also liked the outdoor pool and garden, a quiet, well-kept place to unwind in the middle of the city. For work, Crowne Plaza Manama was an easy base, especially for meetings in the diplomatic and business district. Getting around was straightforward, which helped with a packed schedule. My room was roomy and well cared for, with a comfortable bed, modern spotless bathroom, Nespresso machine, and a useful workspace. I got good rest between long workdays. A reliable choice for a business trip.

The restaurant's mixed grill was really tasty, and Purna, Suruchi, and Alphonso looked after my table well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, especially the bell hops, who did everything they could to handle my bags. It's about 15 minutes from the airport, and the room was cozy with all the amenities I needed. A few spots showed the room's age, though. Still, a great place to stay while visiting Bahrain.

Breakfast was excellent, and the crew there were really nice. Mannik was professional and accommodating, and made sure my needs were met. At check-in, Blessy and Rose were knowledgeable and professional, and made the process pleasant. Their smiles made it even better. I'd recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The gym staff member was especially friendly, polite, and professional, and made my workout a pleasure. Housekeeping also did an impressive job, keeping the room spotless and attending to the details. My room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate. The reception team were warm and helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional, and the stay exceeded what I expected. I'd gladly come back.

I had a haircut at the hotel salon and enjoyed the restaurants, pool, and other facilities. The breakfast had a huge selection, and staff were attentive and quick to respond. Housekeeping was available from early until late. If they passed your room while you were still in it, they'd leave a card under the door asking you to call so they could service it when it suited you. Happy hour at the harvesters is the "Sale of the century." The staff made it feel like my local pub back home, and went above and beyond. Everyone seemed ready to help with anything. The place is so comfortable, though, that you might not want to leave to explore the city. WELL DONE Crowne Plaza!
