My recent experience at Loumage suites & Spa was disappointing. I’d booked by phone before without any problems, so I made another phone booking and clearly said I’d arrive within half an hour. But when I got there late at night, two employees told me there was no record of it and no rooms available, despite the long journey I’d made to reach the hotel. That lack of professionalism was unacceptable. Good communication and record-keeping are essential in hospitality, and this fell short. Krishna & Fayzoo “those employees so rude and unprofessional”. I hope the hotel addresses this so future guests get better service.

My booking is confirmed from 19 March 2026, but with Bahrain International Airport closed amid the regional security situation, I can't travel to Bahrain. That's entirely outside my control. I asked both the hotel and booking platform to cancel without a penalty because of these extraordinary circumstances, and they declined. I hope management will take another look and show more flexibility and understanding toward guests caught up in force majeure emergencies. Thank you for considering it.

Seef Corner Café was a highlight for me, with affordable prices, good breakfast choices, and fresh juice. It was about 1 km from the hotel, and Seef Mall was roughly the same distance, a 15-20 minute walk. With the heat, I'd head out after 6 p.m. I stayed one night for a work trip and paid around 33-34 BD. The room was spacious and had a king-size bed, jacuzzi, fridge, and a little café corner. It's about 20 minutes by car from Bahrain International Airport, 10 minutes from the city center, and 5 minutes from Seef Mall. There are plenty of facilities at the property and nearby. A good experience for me, I'd rate it 4 out of 5 and recommend the hotel.
