The room itself is fine, but this place feels sketchy. There’s so much music when you’re trying to sleep, and it gets really annoying. You can feel the floor shaking.

The location is perfect, and the room had good space, cleanliness, and facilities. But it was noisy late into the night because there are several clubs in the hotel. The rooms need better upkeep. It faces the sea, yet the windows are tiny and look like they’ve never been cleaned.

The service was poor across the board. An extra mattress costs BD 10 per night, about USD 27, and water is BD 1.500, around USD 4.11. The room had no microwave, iron, or way to clean the coffee cup, which is in the bathroom. When I asked for tissues or drinking water on checkout day, I was told that providing them wasn’t company policy, even though I was checking out at 3 pm.

They don’t allow guests into the rooms. Today, the Egyptian male manager on duty was very rude and wouldn’t let my friend come up, even though it wasn’t nighttime. It’s a very bad, unfriendly hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to people visiting from other countries. I understand the restrictions during the pandemic, but everything is normal now. I hope the owner and management address this. We pay for the full hotel experience, including being able to invite friends to visit us in our room. It felt like a paid student boarding house, and it was the worst hotel experience. I’d never go back.

I had to stay here for over a week and regret it. The room was dirty, unclean, old, and smelled awful. There was no follow-up on what I needed during my stay. The TV, WiFi, and fridge didn’t work, and the club music was so loud I could hear it from the roof. The location itself was disgusting. Avoid this place and find somewhere better.
