Nordic Palace & Spa

Ms. Farah made a real difference during my stay. She was professional, kind, and consistently helpful, always ready with a smile. Her efficiency reflects well on the hotel. I had a good experience overall: a convenient location, clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and facilities that were well maintained.

The staff are a big reason I’d return. Everyone was friendly and happy to help, and Vhanessa especially made us feel at home with her warm welcome and constant smiles. We had a fantastic weekend at Nordic Palace and Spa. The room was spacious and very clean, the pool was enjoyable, and quick access to the spa royal was a great way to relax. It’s a lovely place with the amenities we needed.

We gave the hotel more than three hours to address the problems, but management had no fix or compensation for our lost time, and there was no responsible person we could reach. We finally cancelled the booking and left. We had booked the top category royal suite with a jacuzzi. The suite and bathroom were poorly cleaned. The living room chair was stained and had a burn mark, the bathroom door was hard to close and made annoying noises, and the closet door wouldn’t shut properly. The service was very bad.

The rooms are roomy, the staff are kind and cooperative, and the continental-oriental food was very tasty. The hotel is arranged nicely, though its age shows in the rooms and some things are starting to wear down.
