Residence Inn by Marriott Manama Juffair

Whenever I visit Bahrain, this is the hotel I choose with my family and friends. I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member for over 10 years, and Liz, the Front Office Manager, is a big reason I keep coming back. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and focus on guest satisfaction make me feel comfortable and confident that each stay will be handled smoothly. The rooms, facilities, and service are excellent, and the whole team consistently provides an outstanding experience under her leadership. Liz represents the true spirit of hospitality and makes the hotel feel like a second home when I’m in Bahrain. Thank you to Liz and the entire team. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is convenient, with a good café and a Vietnamese restaurant right next door. There are good TV channels for international travelers, too. I appreciated getting a room upgrade on arrival, which also included breakfast. The room was comfortable, with very nice towels and plenty of bottled water. The team were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay.

We felt right at home in the spacious, well equipped rooms, and the location was close to everything we needed. Residence Inn Manama was clean, comfortable, and a great fit for our family. The hospitality made the stay special. Leixl Marnaan from Fuad’s family was incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Her care and attention made us feel welcome and looked after. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant stay. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend Residence Inn Manama to visitors to Bahrain.

The location is really good, and the rooms are spacious suites with a kitchen and hall. Staff are very friendly, and coffee and tea are available throughout the stay. But the sauna and steam room weren’t working. Breakfast was pathetic in taste, had very few vegetarian options, and the bakery items were hard to eat. Mariott has to improve service at this property.
