This was my second visit, and the staff and team impressed me again with the experience they provided. Wildan and Aini, my room attendants, gave excellent service and treated me very well. I also appreciated the gym staff for keeping the space pristine, and the restaurant staff and chef for their varied, delicious international food. I’ll certainly return and hope the team keeps up these high standards.

We had a lovely dinner at Latitude 26 for Valentine’s Day and felt really special. The roast prime rib beef at the carvery was so soft and delicious, it melted in my mouth like butter. The desserts looked amazing too. Chinta was so sweet and helpful, with superb service, and F and B manager khalid was very nice. Good value for money, with quality food and service. Divi from Juffair

Jessa, Nadya, and Eris made us feel very welcome. They were attentive, accommodating, and gave lovely service. The buffet had plenty of tasty choices, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. A great way to start the day, highly recommend it.

Jessa, Gopal, Nadya, Eris, and Chandra at the sixth-floor Latitude restaurant were especially thoughtful and kind. The stay was really nice, with an indoor pool, steam room, and a clean hotel. Breakfast was a great buffet for a good price.

The kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave. Nadia and Chinta were especially sweet and attentive with my daughter, who already wants to know when we can come back. They, along with Gopal, Jesse, and Dnak, were some of the kindest staff we’ve met. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious each morning. Everyone’s hospitality made the stay easy and enjoyable. Thanks for such a lovely experience, we can’t wait to return!
