Vita Tower

A quiet area, with everything nearby. The hotel has all sorts of useful services too, including a fully furnished kitchen, washing machine and iron. Really good.

Housekeeping never came, even after I asked several times. It took three calls to reception to report the TV connection problem, and after more than six hours they still hadn't fixed it. For what I paid, the service was unacceptable. A very disappointing stay, and I won't return or recommend the hotel.

There was no privacy at all. I watched the receptionist swap cards so people could go to any floor without even checking with the guests to see whether they were expecting someone. We stayed at Vita hotels for three days after our brother suggested it and gave us the package, so we only needed to pay for one night. The Indian man at reception didn't tell us the room would cost a different rate on a weekday, then kept arguing instead of owning the mistake, as if we were supposed to know the hotel's policy. We had no slippers, water, or tea supplies in the room, and had to call each time for even small things. Not recommended, and I won't stay again.

Water was all over the floor because the toilet flush tank didn't work, and the toilet wasn't clean either. Using it was disgusting and unpleasant. I won't come back or recommend this place.
