Harbour Village Beach Club

We had brunch at their restaurant. They wouldn't let our group book one table for 10 when we called 30 minutes before breakfast service ended, but they did let us reserve three tables to seat all 10 of us. When we arrived, there was only one other table occupied, with two people.

The beach and pools were quiet and tucked away, just right for a day of relaxing and recharging. Our family has both divers and non-divers, and Harbour Village worked well for all of us. Pepe and the dive staff were top notch. We went on several boat dives and loved the guided sites, which are generally harder to reach from shore. We also did plenty of self-guided shore diving, and exchanging tanks at the resort was easy. We were in Bonaire for the first time last week with our family of four and two grown teenage boys. The two-bedroom suite suited us perfectly. Everything was well maintained, from the grounds and rooms to the beach, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A few other guests told us they return to Bonaire regularly and always stay at Harbour Village. Now I get why. We’ll definitely come back to Bonaire and stay here again.

We only passed through on our way to the on-site restaurant, which was excellent, so I can't speak to the rooms. The grounds and the entrances to the rooms caught our eye, though. They're artsy and clearly well cared for. Seems like a great place to stay.

We loved the beach, one of the prettiest in Bonaire, and having beach service was such a nice perk. Kayaking was included too, so there was plenty to do between relaxing and enjoying the views. The food at La Balandra was great. The resort feels like a tropical retreat, with lush scenery and beautiful views from the beach or your balcony. From the start, Huntley made the airport ride fun and lively, and shared so much about the area. His love for the island set a great tone for the trip. Ximinea and Dawn welcomed us with so much kindness. They were attentive, cheerful, and took care of every detail, which made us feel at home. The whole team was wonderful. Harbour Village Beach Club is a special experience, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to Ximinea, Dawn, Huntley, and everyone there for making the trip unforgettable.
