Hamilton Princess & Beach Club - a Fairmont Managed Hotel

George and Peter made the gold lounge especially fun. They were attentive, charming, and brought a joyful, sometimes mischievous energy. Alicia helped us several times with reservations and general advice, always pleasant and professional, and made sure we felt welcome and well looked after. My wife and I returned to the Princess Hotel for our 25th anniversary, as we’d stayed there several years ago. The upgrades were fine, though a few of the decorations left us puzzled. Even so, we had a very enjoyable visit. Thanks so much to all three of you.

The spa and boutique fitness center were just right for unwinding, and the staff were warm and friendly. I loved the peaceful feel and the tasteful decor, plus the plush robes and bath slippers. Having water by the bed was a small treat, too. My private event getaway at The Pink Palace felt blissful. Tea with finger sandwiches, scones, jam, clotted cream, and something sweet made for a lovely moment. Take in the fresh air and enjoy it, whatever the weather. Cheers! 5/5 stars.

The contemporary art collection at the Hamilton Princess could be one of the best hotel collections in the world, and is worth seeing on its own. We used to live in Bermuda, so we rarely needed to stay here, though we went to the bars and restaurants fairly often. It’s nice to see how positively the hotel has changed. There were corporate offices and staff meeting rooms on our floor, and it seemed the space was regularly used for training. I think that shows in the overall offering, which feels refreshing. We stayed almost two weeks and were impressed by the whole experience. The recent extensive renovations have left the rooms very nice, spacious, and with great bathrooms. Our balcony had a beautiful view, too. Staff at the Hamilton Princess were friendly and efficient. Special mention to Keishaun at Intrepid and Rebecca at Crown & Anchor, though everyone was great, including the consistently cheery housekeeping team.

We’ve already been to Intrepid twice in under three days and hope to fit in another visit before heading back to the US. The fish was incredibly fresh, the steak perfectly tender, and every dish we tried was spot on. Service was just as good, from the warm greeting at the host stand to the attentive, friendly servers. Intrepid has quickly become our favorite spot in Bermuda. We absolutely love it and highly recommend it.
