I visited a friend who was staying in a single-room apartment and was surprised by how spacious it was for one person. It used to be a hotel and became apartments after post covid, I was told. I believe electricity, water, internet, gym, and pool are all included.

There’s a pool on the top floor, and the room has a big table for family meals. The beds were comfortable, the room stayed cool, and the staff were friendly. It’s a large, open space suited to a family, very organized and extremely clean. Worth the money, and I’d recommend it to tourists.

The location is quiet, away from busy areas, and the place was very good and super clean, just as described. Taxis can be hard to find in Brunei, but you can use the Dart application to pay for a ride pretty much anywhere within Brunei.

Everything was well maintained. The bathroom cleanliness was only average, and the TV could use more entertaining options, especially since this is mostly a family service apartment.

The surroundings feel natural and the hotel service is very good, though the gym isn’t available yet. There are four room types: Studio King Room, Studio Twin Room, Studio Tripla Room, and Family Studio Room. Check-in during the week is cheaper than on weekends.
