The customer service was really bad. At the restaurant, our food took almost an hour even though there were only three busy tables. The rooms were terrible and had hardly any outlets, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom at night. They also try to charge you for every little thing, from a towel being too dirty to having a friend over for a drink by the pool in the afternoon. I’ll never be back.

The staff were very friendly. The first room they assigned me was dirty, so I was moved to the presidential suite, but it had plenty of maintenance problems too. Some lights didn’t work, and it took seven minutes for the shower to get hot. Even worse, I found a wet electric light switch inside the shower. I was so shocked that I asked for a room with a safe shower, but that one also had many maintenance issues. Definitely not the five-star hotel they claim to be.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was impeccably kept with graceful furnishings. Great pricing too.

I was treated well, but there was no Wi-Fi, and there wasn’t a power outlet beside the bed either.

It’s a good hotel, but the Wi-Fi internet is terrible.
