There’s really nothing to recommend here. It was overpriced and noisy, and the showers gave us electric shocks. We could’ve saved money and had a better stay by taking a taxi to find a hotel in town.

This is one of Bolivia’s coldest cities, but the rooms don’t have heating, and the showers weren’t very hot either.
