Room 203 was very clean and simple, which was refreshing, and the shared bathroom was clean too. The shower worked fine, though it took a while to get hot. The Wi-Fi was fantastic, probably the best we had in South America. But the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, worse than sleeping on night buses, and the pillows were basically nonexistent. Breakfast was poor: self-service meat and dairy were left uncovered, and the hot water and coffee urns weren't switched on, so we couldn't have a hot drink. The hotel should either serve a proper breakfast with eggs or skip it. For the price it's probably adequate, but not if you care about getting a good night's sleep.

Good location, clean rooms, and a very good breakfast. Great value too.

The WhatsApp number listed for reservations doesn't belong to the hotel administration. It reaches an outside contact who doesn't always pass the reservation on to the hotel.

After a long day of travel, I arrived in the evening and was told by the receptionist that they could see our booking but had no room for us, so I had to leave. She said the room wasn't ready because we had booked late in the evening, even though we made the reservation more than two weeks earlier. Don't waste your time at this hotel.
