The location is great, right by a teleferico and some good cafes and restaurants. It was comfortable and clean, and the people were friendly with great service. The pool can be heated, but you have to ask ahead. The steam sauna was nice too.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are nice, and there’s free breakfast in the morning. Wi-Fi is included, though it lags a bit. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. There’s also a parking garage, a pool that needs about five hours to heat up, and a sauna that you should give an hour’s notice for. The road outside gets pretty busy during the day, but the location is nice. There’s a plaza across the street with a playground and pull-up bars that I saw some adults using. A great place to stay in town.

The rooms are big and have heaters, and there’s a minibar with soft drinks and water. But the showers weren’t working properly, the dry sauna was out of order, and the wet sauna and small pool were both very cold. Breakfast started late, not even at 7, and there was no chance of getting it earlier when we needed to leave the city.

Dirty and disappointing. The bed was really uncomfortable, everything looked old, and it didn’t seem properly cleaned. They advertised a jacuzzi on the balcony, but what was there was a small tub with jets. It looked so unsanitary that I wouldn’t have got into it. When I asked the front desk guy to confirm we’d get a jacuzzi, he deliberately misled us. He said, “sí, tiene hidromasaje”. I checked several times that it was a jacuzzi, but there wasn’t one. At least they reimbursed us and we could go somewhere else. I don’t understand the good ratings. They have to be fake. Don’t book here.
