Capsule Hostel

I ended up extending my stay because the location is right in the city center, close to everything, and I enjoyed the place so much. The staff were kind and attentive, and gave me plenty of helpful tips for local excursions. There's also a little convenience store on-site for things like toothpaste, water, or shower gel. The capsules are modern and really comfortable. My only small complaints are that the showers could use a fresh coat of paint and the blankets could be warmer. I had a wonderful stay and felt at home. 🌿💫

It's central and not really a party hostel, though there's a night club right next door, and Wild Rover is only 10min away if you've got friends partying there. I couldn't hear the club from my room and slept amazingly. The capsules are very comfortable, and both the rooms and lockers are spacious. The shower water is hot, but there's nowhere to put your things. A couple of hooks and maybe a chair would make a big difference. Breakfast was basic but good. I'd definitely come back to La Paz.

The location is excellent, and the capsules are amazing and super comfy. There's a lot of potential here, but the place isn't being looked after. The dorm needs a few basic hooks for towels, and none of the dorms lock, so pretty much anyone entering the hostel can get into your room. That doesn't feel very secure. The bathrooms are especially problematic. There's black mold all over the walls and ceiling because there's no ventilation system, and the smell is strong. Being around it is unpleasant and doesn't seem healthy. There are also no shelves for toiletries by the sink or in the shower. Some inexpensive plastic shelves would make the space much more comfortable.

The place was clean, quiet, and safe, just what we needed for some recharge time. Christian was especially friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we were taken care of. I loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.
