The room and location were nice, and the staff were friendly, but my experience was awful. The shower barely dripped, and the water was freezing. Breakfast offered just two kinds of food, and the milk was spoiled. I had a tour to catch, arrived at 7:30, and the food still wasn't ready. If they fix these things, the place has potential.

The rooms were okay and breakfast was good, but the disco on the first floor played extremely loud music every night from about 7pm until after midnight. Sleeping was impossible. A really terrible stay.

After a night bus, we were grateful they let us check in very early. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean, and breakfast was good. It's also not far from the witches market and other sights.

The reception staff were very friendly, and the room was lovely for a decent price. The bathroom was nice too, though the water was quite cold. That's fairly common in Bolivia and Perú, so it might not be any different elsewhere.

PeruHop staff suggested this clean, well looked-after hotel for our family on a low budget, when we were traveling from Cusco to La Paz. We felt safe and well cared for, and it was close to many of La Paz's sights. The staff were excellent, and we'd definitely stay again.
