The rooms smelled like sewage. I gagged as soon as I walked into ours and asked to switch, but the receptionist tried to convince us it was the heater and said another room would be the same. I know the smell heaters can make, and this was clearly like a bathroom full of garbage and manure. We had booked two rooms, and the other one wasn't nearly as bad, so there was something wrong with this particular room. I let it go because it was only one night and the receptionist was set on denying the smell. I spent the night gagging and breathing through my mouth. I couldn't check out fast enough the next day. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. The service was bad and the rooms terrible, not worth the money. Check-in was also incredibly difficult and delayed. The rooms we'd reserved weren't available, which was fine, but the replacements weren't ready either, so we had to wait past check-in time. The gate setup means you have to ring and wait for someone to unlock it every time you want to enter. They take ages, and getting in late at night or early in the morning seems nearly impossible.
