Elegance Hotel

The staff were very friendly, took card payments, and arranged an airport taxi for me. The hotel is in a good part of town, close to the ropeway. My room was clean, with hot shower water and warm blankets. You can also buy water and snacks in the lobby. There were plenty of issues, though. The laundry was expensive and took about 30 hours, arriving three hours later than I was told. My clothes smelled a bit and came back a lighter color. Breakfast had very few options. Doors often stuck, and twice I got locked in the bathroom because its handle was broken. The locks also seemed easy to pick. It was loud as hell because the windows don't seal, so I heard cars honking all night, and the WiFi was horrendously slow.
