The staff are nice, and the rooms and breakfast are good. It’s close to the main streets, but uphill, so if you have heavy luggage you may want to avoid it. Copacabana is a town on the hilly edge of the lake, and with heavy bags you might prefer a hostel near the main street or beach to avoid carrying them uphill. The room door doesn’t feel very secure. For safety, be careful around the electric shower heater and don’t touch it with your hands.

Being in the center, close to restaurants and souvenir shops, was a real plus. The room was decent and breakfast was okay, but nights were noisy. The bigger problem was that the sink had no water. The staff told me to use the shower to brush my teeth, wash my face, and wash my hands, and they didn't fix it. I asked for two 600 ml bottles of water for that and they made me buy them. I wouldn't stay here again.

A comfortable, clean place in a central spot. It's simple, and breakfast is simple too.

We paid for two nights after arriving around 10:40 PM, left our things in the room, then went out to eat at 10:55. Back at 11:30, we found 470 bolivares, 50 soles, and 20 euros missing. The hotel seemed secure, so we raised it with the administrator. On the surveillance camera, we could see that one of the guards was absent while we were out. The hotel looked good at first, but robberies apparently happen regularly. The staff's dishonesty was unbelievable. Completely unacceptable. Don't stay here.

The beds were awful. My mattress had springs that hurt my feet, and the room wasn't cleaned even when we asked. Fresh towels and clean linens cost extra, and they tried to charge us for them at checkout. The receptionist was rude and had no sense of how to deal with customers. She couldn't even fill out an invoice correctly. One of the worst places I've stayed, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.
