Hotel Mitru - La Paz

Breakfast was awesome, and the breakfast service was good. Reception was helpful, the staff were kind, and the rooms were big. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from, and the area felt safe. Room cleaning was poor. We had to ask for fresh towels every day, and the sheets weren’t changed until after five days, when we asked. The tables and bathroom weren’t properly cleaned; they just tidied up. The drain smelled horrible. At night, and from 6:30am, the room was loud because we could hear footsteps from the floor above, where breakfast is served. Neither the main door nor the bathroom door closed properly. The hotel occupies three floors of the building, not the whole thing. There’s a laundry and a pharmacy right next door.

Good value, with a great location just two blocks from the Teleferico. I liked the hotel and would stay again.

Basic hotel, but the service was good and the location was great.
